Hawley Health Centre - Psychotherapy

Psychotherapeutic Counselling

The foundation of my work lies in understanding the impact of relationships in your life and using the therapeutic relationship as a means to heal and collaboratively explore what difficulties you may be struggling with. No two relationships are the same and this is reflected in my integrative therapeutic approach, which enables me to draw from different schools of thought and tailor therapy to meet the unique needs of each individual.

In therapy, I attempt to gain an understanding of the world from the client's perspective and create a space in which an individual feels able to explore whatever may be troubling them. I have experience of working with clients whose difficulties surround sexuality, gender identity and expression, relationships, anxiety, depression, abuse, trauma, PTSD & CPTSD, discrimination, religion and spirituality, among other struggles.

This practice is unable to offer crisis support.
