Maybe the idea of talking to a stranger makes you feel anxious and nervous, wondering what to expect from counselling and asking how it will help? One of the most important aspects in the counselling work is the strength of the relationship between you and me. I recognise and respect your commitment to your journey and promise that during our sessions I will be by your side and together we can face these worries and step by step you will find the tools to reconnect with yourself and experience the power of being heard and understood.

I specialise in supporting carers and support staff who are often the unsung heroes and who may feel that if they stopped and took time for themselves, they would not have the energy to start up again. Counselling can offer you the environment to reset and process your emotions.

My name is Sallyanne, I am a registered counsellor with the BACP. My approach is person centered enabling us to individualise our sessions, to ensure that they are best meeting your needs. I specialise in anxiety, depression and palliative care and I have experience of working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds.

I believe that everyone has the potential to live a fulfilling life, and I am committed to helping you on that journey. During our sessions I will offer you a safe, non-judgmental confidential supportive space providing you the environment where you can explore your thoughts and emotions.

Following on if you wish to proceed, our weekly sessions last 50 minutes at a cost £45.00.
