Harriet Parker-Beldeau

Harriet is a Soft Tissue Therapist, holding a level 5 BTEC qualification in Soft Tissue Therapy from pioneering LSSM, she is also a current member of the Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage.

Harriet takes a multi faceted approach to her treatments taking into account the client as a whole using a biopsychosocial approach. Harriet creates a bespoke treatment for each client, she follows no set routine but through consultation identifies the clients needs and goals and designs a treatment around them.

Harriet knows first hand the help, relief and healing that soft tissue therapy massage can bring. In addition to her Therapy practice Harriet is a professional dancer, this training allows her to work from a place of embodied understanding of the body’s needs.
