Nutritional Therapy is a complementary therapy that can work well alongside traditional medicine to help support health and wellbeing.
A Nutritional Therapist considers your diet, lifestyle, health symptoms/concerns and family history to develop an achievable personalised diet and lifestyle program, recognising that each person is unique and has individual nutritional needs.
Nutrition supplements and functional testing may also be recommended where appropriate.
A Nutritional Therapist is trained to identify whether you are low in specific vitamins and minerals or don’t consume a balance of healthy fats, protein and carbohydrate. They will then help you make changes to your diet that may benefit the following –
Initial consultation (approx. 1hr 15mins) £75
Includes a personalised wellness plan and a 15 minute telephone consultation to discuss your progress between appointments
Follow up consultation (approx. 45 mins) £45
1 x initial and 2 x follow up consultations £140 (payable in advance)
Package also includes e-mail support and a 15 minute telephone progress review between appointments to answer any questions and to keep you motivated.
Note: Nutritional Therapy cannot diagnose and it is recommended that if you have a health condition or symptoms that you are concerned about that you consult with your GP first.
